Mark Rodgers, owner agent of Trailstone Insurance, was a seasoned business owner long before he entered the insurance industry in 2011. His client-centric approach, and guiding philosophy that one should treat others as they would treat themselves has helped him build a reputation of integrity and honesty throughout the years. His thoughtful leadership serves as an example to the other insurance professionals in the agency. He has said that he wouldn’t recommend a policy to someone else that he wouldn’t want for himself. Though he takes his business seriously, it does not stop him from enjoying life. Mark is an avid skier and takes advantage of the beautiful Colorado climate for year-round outdoor activities. He and his wife, Beth, enjoy traveling, especially to Hawaii.

Beth Rodgers joined her husband, Mark, at Trailstone after a successful career as an IT professional. She also has a dual degree in economics and finance. Guided by her deep faith, she brings compassion and a strong work ethic to the table. With the best interest of her clients at the forefront, she is able to establish strong relationships built on trust. It is important to her to educate clients on any gaps in coverage, as well as any unnecessary coverage they may be carrying. As is the foundation of Trailstone’s mission, Beth lives by the Golden Rule both at work and in her personal life. The couple has two dogs that they are devoted to and who have become an important part of their lives. Beth also enjoys the Colorado lifestyle, and makes handcrafted cards that she shares with others.

Dan Sitz, a devoted Dad of two boys, understands the importance of making sure a family is protected and properly covered. His background is in the automotive business, but he switched careers knowing that he could help other people navigate through the daunting journey of finding insurance that is right for their stage of life. He has become an advocate for his clients and is always willing to provide them with advice and excellent customer service. He particularly likes to be involved in a process that helps people save money, while still making sure they are properly covered. He enjoys being involved in his sons’ lives working out and staying active.

Heidi Oliver loves being an independent agent because she finds it very satisfying to help people find the best insurance coverage that fits their current life situation, whether they are single or have a family. Heidi’s goal is get to know each of her clients in a personal way and not just as a file in her desk. She has an MBA and worked in the finance contract management industry for many years, so she is able to transfer the detail-oriented and organizational skills to her role as an agent. She enjoys cycling with her husband and spends time with her two school-age children volunteering in their extracurricular activities. She also successfully completed a triathlon. Heidi loves traveling with her family so she can learn about different cultures and meet new people.

Kim King has more than two decades in the insurance industry. She worked as an agent for a national insurance company before joining Trailstone in 2015 as its office manager. It wasn’t long before she made the switch to become an agent at the flourishing agency. She is devoted to her three children and 8 grandchildren, and is very active in their daily lives. Kim’s whimsical and free-spirited outlook is personified when she and her husband transform into Santa and Mrs. Claus during the holidays. They use this opportunity to bring joy to children and adults alike. It has become a very important part of her life and she foresees sharing the magic of the season for years to come.

Tiffany and her family enjoy traveling to distant beaches, exploring the beautiful outdoors of Colorado, and attending Journey Church in Centennial.

Previous to becoming an insurance agent, she was a licensed real estate agent – so she totally understands the full home buying process! She enjoys her free time spending it with her teen age daughter. They enjoy going to the movies, dinner, theme parks and short road trips across beautiful Colorado.
